Enrolment Events

Parent Information Evening, Morning Tour and Orientation and Diagnostic Testing Day

A Parent Information Night is held during the enrolment period, usually at the beginning of March, for all parents interested in enrolling their sons/daughters at the College.

The focus of the evening is to provide an overview of:

  • the direction and focus of the College
  • the religious education and spiritual dimension
  • the curriculum structure
  • co-curricular options
  • the Pastoral Care dimension
  • student support structures.

The Open Morning, which is usually held at the beginning of the Enrolment period (March - May), is held for the benefit of all parents and prospective students who wish to come and view the College and all its learning facilities.

After a brief welcome from the Principal, there will be an opportunity to join a small group to undertake an escorted tour of the College by representatives of the student body.

An Orientation and Diagnostic Testing Day for students who have been accepted into Year 7 is held in August. The program for the day includes the morning diagnostic test which is followed by a BBQ lunch and tour of the College. If students cannot make the initial day, there is an alternative day arranged in October.

Orientation and Diagnostic Testing Day 2014

The Orientation and Diagnostic Testing day for students who have been accepted into Year 7 2014 at the College, will be held on Friday 23 August 2013 from 8.30am to 2.15pm. The students are to wear their current school uniform. The proposed program for the day is that after the morning testing the students will have a BBQ lunch followed by a tour of the College. We suggest that students bring along a pencil and something to eat and drink during the short morning tea break.

An alternative testing day has been scheduled for Monday 14 October. Please be advised that parents will need to contact the College if the student is unable to attend the Orientation and Testing Day on 23 August to make arrangements to attend on 14 October. Thank you
