Enrolment

St Patrick’s College is part of the system of schools operated by the Catholic Education Office (CEO) on behalf of the Archdiocese of Sydney.

The College’s enrolment policy operates within the guidelines set out in the Archdiocesan Enrolment Policy.

The College has a full intake of Year 7 students and a smaller intake of Year 11 students each year.

Priority in enrolment is to be given to Catholic families who reside in and/or are involved with one of the five Parish Communities that St Patrick’s College serves. The five parishes are St Joseph’s Como and Oyster Bay, St Catherine Laboure at Gymea, Our Lady Star of the Sea, Miranda, St Patrick’s Sutherland and Our Lady of the Way, Sylvania.

An enrolment period is held each year from approximately mid-March until mid-May for entry of students into Year 7 the following year.

An Enrolment Information Evening and an Open Morning are held in March at the beginning of the enrolment period.

Parents of children already enrolled in one of our Catholic 'feeder' primary schools will be forwarded information via their child's primary school. Otherwise, parents may access our website or contact us directly for the dates of the enrolment period.

The designated intake area for St Patrick's College is defined by suburbs with the Post Codes: 2232, 2225, 2226, 2227, 2228.

It is very important that applications are lodged within the time specificed.

An enrolment fee of $200 is charged on notification of acceptance.
